Global Studies Program

Our Global Studies Program is designed to cultivate cultural understanding and build meaningful connections across the globe. At Viz, we prioritize creating opportunities for our students to engage with the world through relationships with partner schools in South Africa, London, and other expanding international partnerships. These collaborations allow students to develop a global perspective, an essential skill in today’s interconnected world.

 

Students in our program embark on enriching travel experiences to countries like Colombia, Costa Rica, Germany, and Poland, immersing themselves in diverse cultures and gaining valuable life experiences. A highlight of our global engagement is the pilgrimage to Annecy, France, where students learn firsthand about the history of the Sisters of Visitation. This journey offers a deep, hands-on exploration of the Salesian values and mission that shape our school community, giving students a profound sense of connection to our heritage.

 

Through these transformative experiences, Viz students emerge as global citizens, ready to make an impact in their local communities and beyond.
