Philanthropic support is the backbone of every independent school. Visitation Academy is blessed to have a multitude of benefactors who support the school in a variety of ways.
Because tuition only partially covers current-year operating expenses, The Viz Fund is vitally important in providing much needed supplemental revenue. Gifts from parents, alumnae, parents of alumnae, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends make a strong impact on the operational budget of the school. These gifts help bridge the gap between the cost of tuition and the cost of running the school, as well as providing funds for enhancements for all divisions of the school.
We are pleased to provide the opportunity for donors to direct their gifts to an Endowment Fund or Financial Aid Fund.
Through Planned Giving, friends of Visitation may leave a testamentary gift to the school in their will or estate plan.
