Viz Swim & Dive Makes a Splash at State, Ties for 6th Place Overall
The Viz Swim & Dive team delivered an outstanding performance at the state championship, tying for 6th place overall out of 57 teams!
Meet Highlights:
200 Medley Relay (Maddie M. ’27, Ashlyn C. ’25, Abby C. ’27, Madison S. ’26) finished just 0.50 seconds off the school record!
Ashlyn C. ’25 became a STATE CHAMPION in the 100 Breaststroke, breaking her own school record!
Maddie M. ’27 set a new school record in the 100 Backstroke (59.28) and placed 6th!
More top finishes came in the 200 Free Relay, 100 Fly, 100 Free, and 500 Free.
