Art Teachers Receive Prestigious National Recognition

Visitation is beaming with pride as two of our exceptional art teachers, Molly Bryant and Jennifer Bolesta, have been honored as ARTEFFECT Ambassadors for 2024-2025. This highly selective fellowship, hosted by the Lowell Milken Center for Unsung Heroes, recognizes educators who are advancing visual arts education and sharing powerful stories of unsung heroes with students nationwide.
Molly Bryant, known for her creativity and dedication, is one of a select few chosen from across 22 states. Over the fellowship's October-to-June term, she will collaborate with outstanding educators nationwide, develop a capstone project, and have her work published through LMC. Molly’s achievements spotlight Visitation on a national stage, and we eagerly anticipate the ideas she’ll bring back to enrich our community.
Similarly, Jennifer Bolesta has earned this prestigious honor, joining the inspiring cohort of educators working to connect students to history and creativity through visual arts. Her commitment to impactful teaching will shine through her capstone project and ongoing work with middle and high school students.
Having both Molly and Jennifer receive this distinction is a testament to the incredible talent within our art department. Congratulations to these remarkable educators for this well-deserved recognition!
