Step 2: Submit an Application

Grade 9 Applicants

All 9th-grade applicants must complete the St. Louis Archdiocesan High School Intent Form, which is due on November 12, 2024. Click here to access this application.

If Viz is your first choice school, you also must complete the Viz Application Form on your progress checklist on the Viz Portal. Click here to access the portal. If this is your first time logging in, click on “forgot your login?” and follow the instructions to retrieve your username and password. The St. Louis Archdiocesan High School Intent Form serves as a Transcript Release Form. Visitation Academy requires report cards and standardized test scores from the past two school years and the current school year. If applying from a school outside the St. Louis Archdiocese, your printed Archdiocesan High School Intent Form will need to be submitted to your current school and will act as your Transcript Release Form.

Grade 10-12 Applicants

Applications should be submitted online through the Viz Portal.
