Scholarship Deadlines for 2015

For Juniors

April 1
The YWCA Future Leader Program is accepting applications for the Future Leader Academy. This is a one-week scholarship program to select the 2015 YWCA Future Leader and 4 YWCA Future Leader runners-up. The Future Leader will receive a $1500 scholarship and the runners up will receive $500 each. This is a local program for young women only. The applications are available in the Counseling Center, and are due by April 1.

April 6
Applications are being accepted for an engineering enrichment program at Purdue.  The Purdue Women in Engineering Program invite you to Juniors Exploring Engineering at Purdue (JEEP).  This program will be held on Monday, April 13th.  Registrations can be made online at: www.purdue.edu/WIEP.  Look under News and Events.  Register by April 6th.  Space is limited to the first 250 students.  See the poster in the Counseling Hallway for more information.

For Seniors

April 15
The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis is currently accepting applications for their interest free loan program for college education. If approved, the amount a student may borrow can be up to $9000 per academic year. The application and instructions can be found at www.sfstl.org.    The deadline for applying is April 15.

April 17
Applications are available for the Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. Scholarship for students planning to study engineering or land surveying in college.  Three $1000 scholarships will be awarded.  There are limitations to this scholarship (specific municipalities where the applicant must live and specific types of engineering being studied).  Please see Mrs. O’Donnell for details.  The application is online at http://perryinitiative.org/programs/student-online-application/ and is due by April 17, 2015.
